PIN

To create a PIN for a specific store, the associated account must have an operatorId defined for that store.
The PIN can be used on any workstation from the store.

Pre-requisites:

  1. You should have a login provider's account (KeyKloak, Google etc.);

  2. Define an operatorId for the store where you want to create the PIN;
    Using https://[tenantAlias].hiiretail.com/internal-admin/

  3. Software statement should be generated and filled in the Settings page or in the config file;

    • Software statement for Desktop must use template ca@2.0
    • Software statement for Mobile must use template camob@1.0

⚠️ Important:
PINs are not shared across platforms, even if the workstationId and storeId are the same.

Steps to create a PIN:​

1. Press "I don't have a PIN" button on the login page

2. Select the desired login provider from the list.

3. Log in using your account credentials and password on the login provider's page.

4. Input the desired PIN.
The operatorId is automatically populated with the one defined for the selected store.
