Item seach

User can search for an item in the item search.

Permissions​

Required roles:

  • pnp.master-query
  • pnp.item-query

Item Search supports an improved search implementation in background (toward completeItems query) that can be enabled via the following feature flag (with a limitation on Variant Search):

  • release.item-search-new

Item details can be opened by click on the item (but not on the Add button)

Item details dialog will be displayed. In the dialog item name, originalPOSIdentity, price, picture and promotions attached to this item will be present.

From item details it is possible to add the item to the receipt, or close the dialog.
