Login

This document provides instructions for loging in the Checkout App.

In order to perform a successful Login the settings needs to be set correctly, as described in the Setup Initial Settings.

Steps and requirements

1. Valid settings

   • If the Software Statement is not available in the settings, the application will require manual approval (in https://[tenantAlias].hiiretail.com/ocms/clients) of the workstation registration during the login or PIN creation process.

2. Ensure that the CCC configuration includes the host URL in the server property;

   • the default value is testrunner.

3. Have a valid PIN

   • Create a PIN

4. Login

   • Enter your operatorID and PIN in the login form, then tap the login button to proceed.
