Finland has one tax region, FI, so every store in Finland uses the same rates.

The rates below are what the Tax Rules API returns for Finland on 2026-10-13. The API is always the current answer: GET /tax-rules?countryCode=FI.

Earlier rates, still returned with isActive=false and in the message, for sales dated before the change:

  • Standard: 24 % from 2018-08-09
  • Reduced: 14 % from 2018-08-09

Finland's Reduced group was 14 % from 2018-08-09 and is 13.5 % from 2026-01-01. A sale on 2025-12-31 is taxed at 14 % and a sale on 2026-01-01 at 13.5 %. Both rates stay in the list.

Tax-exempt region​

Every region above also has a tax-exempt twin (FI-TE) with the same taxable groups at 0 %.
