Endless aisle - payment in store A, fulfillment from warehouse

The item is sold out in the store the customer is standing in. The colleague orders it at the till for home delivery from the warehouse, and the customer pays there and then.

Endless aisle delivered from the warehouse. The mug is sold out in the Uppsala store, so the colleague checks stock elsewhere and builds a basket at the till for home delivery from the warehouse. Anna pays in full at the till, and checkout creates the order. The warehouse ships it, and the shipment gets its own receipt so it can be returned in any store.

  1. The item is sold out in store A. The colleague checks stock in nearby stores and in the warehouse.
  2. The colleague orders it at the till, for home delivery from the warehouse, and the customer pays in full. The till builds the basket in Unified Basket Manager like any other.
  3. Checkout creates the customer order, and the order owner's OMS is told about it.
  4. The warehouse ships the goods, and the OMS reports the fulfillment as fulfilled.
  5. The shipment gets its own receipt, written by Customer Order, so the goods can be returned in any store.
