Branding & Customization

Overview​

Exit Unit applies Extenda Retail branding by default and supports brand customization through the Customer Controlled Configuration (CCC) service.

Customizable Elements​

You can customize the following elements to match your store brand:

  • Logo – Display your retailer logo at the top of the screen
  • Background – Set a custom background image for the entire display
  • Colors – Customize the color scheme including primary, secondary, and accent colors

How It Works​

Branding settings are managed through Customer Controlled Configuration and applied automatically to the app. Changes to your branding configuration are updated in real-time on the device.

Offline Support​

If the device loses network connectivity, Exit Unit continues displaying the last applied branding until connection is restored.
