For operator reconciliation, the reconciliation is being done for the operator. This means that the system will accumulate the transactions created by the operator to calculate the expected amount in the cash drawer when doing the reconciliation.

Operator reconciliation means the operator needs to have a personal cash drawer. In case the operator is using several workstations, the cash drawer needs to be transferred between the workstations.
