IAM Limitations

In the IAM, we have some limitations that you should be aware of. They exists to ensure performance & stability of the platform.

User can have no more then 10 groups

Restriction was added to limit token size. This restriction applies to groups, added from IAM UI and from external identity providers.

Group can not have more than 20 roles

Restriction was added to limit our internal memory consumption and improving speed on authn/authz decisions.

Predefined/Custom role can have up to 100 permissions

Same reason as above.

OCMS Templates can have up to 100 roles.

Same reason as above.
