Concepts

Terms and abbreviations​

  • InStore - Hii In Store (formerly Accounting) is a service used by employees for daily operations

Why​

Pitch​

This service is about generating end-of-day type of reports that include behavioural KPIs to measure cashier in various ways. The service has been planned but is prioritized due to Axfood requirements. The reports are called : Cashier Report and Control Report. Both reports are used the in arrears, usually the following day. It will be built in the ADAP framework to deliver the data and backend necessary to produce a report that is inline with what Axfood can accept.

While this is customer driven development, the design must be done in order for us to use the services for other clients, eventually as an optional analytics offer to understand general behaviour and to find loss-driving behaviour like fraud.

The work consists of plumbing in Hii Retail to get the data needed, build the necessary calculations and expose it over an API. The end-point must for Axfood generate PDF files, no UI is planned and this is done by InStore team where the reports are exposed to end-users.

What​

Feature Requirements​

The specifics is decided by what Axfood already is using in AxBo. However, the solution must be built in order for us to package it as a service sellable to other clients. Another requirement is to make it extendable for building time-series of the generated KPIs in order to add value. With AI/Analytics on top we can offer a services with great potential for every client. The reports are used by authorized users, normally one per store and the report is needed once per day in arrears.

  2. Open Reports page under Other services:
