## Transfer Ticket
Introduction
The Transfer Ticket feature allows an Attendant to transfer an existing shopping trip to a different device, using the Scannerwall.
Requirements
Transfer Ticket
When trip is transferred to another device the new device will be released, and will directly show the active shoppingtrip in the screen. If customer decides to scan an extra item on the OLD device, the OLD device will show a special errormessage telling the customer that the trip is transferred to another device.
Scenario 1: Successful transfer ticket
GIVEN the customer has an active shopping trip
WHEN the Attendant selects the trip to be transfered on the Scannerwall
THEN a device is released with this same shopping trip
Scenario 2: No available devices
GIVEN the customer has an active shopping trip
WHEN the Attendant selects the trip to be transfered on the Scannerwall
BUT there are not available devices in the Scannerwall
THEN the device is not released with a new shopping trip
Scenario 3: Shopping trip not active
GIVEN the customer wants to tranfer a ticket
BUT the ticket is no longer active
WHEN the ticket is attempted to be released on a new device
THEN the start operation will fail
AND the customer can not continue the shopping trip
